Meat Market, Smokehouse, & Restaurant.
Tuttle’s Meat Market & Smokehouse was founded in 1928 by Charles Tuttle and is located in the small town of Woodsboro, TX. Since then, it has been passed on to his son’s and 2nd generation owners Eugene & Alvin Tuttle. Eugene then passed it on to his son and 3rd generation owner Stanley Tuttle who is still the current owner today. Stanley’s sons Cody & Matthew have been working alongside their dad for many years and hope to carry on the tradition and become 4th generation owners.
We have been serving hand-cut quality meats, smoked link sausage, summer sausage, dry sausage, breakfast sausage, jerky, and our very own barbecue seasonings and barbecue sauce for almost 90 years. We also have a daily breakfast and lunch in our dining area. As well as barbecue every Saturday.In addition to the meat market don’t forget about our wild game processing which has become a big part of our business.
